Challenge #1 Time
There is a lot of freedom when working at home with your Home Based Business. You must be able to manage your time efficiently it is very important.
It is very easy to let time get away and get side tracked. This can lead to not getting your work done.
It is also easy to underestimate how long a task or job will take and not allot enough time to get it done.
To keep time from being a challenge a person should develop a schedule and be sure to schedule both work and free time. Not just a work schedule but time for your family also.
Stay with your schedule and you will get so much more accomplish.
Challenge #2
Boundaries
You should set up a time and work area at home that is specifically for work.
When in the work area no personal phones calls or interruptions should be tolerated.
Many people do not understand when you tell them I am working and actually get them to understand and accept it.
Family and friends do not take working at home seriously which can lead to problems with Home Based Business boundaries.
Challenge #3
Too much independence
Working at home is about freedom.
Being too independent can lead to major problems.
One of the perks of working outside the home is interacting with other people.
We all need interaction with others.
When a person works at home it is easy to forget about the outside world. You must member that the outside world is important also.
Networking is huge part of working at home and being successful.
When you work at home you should find some type of online environment to belong to and be able to escape to during the work day just to relax.
Challenge #4
Being out of the loop
This goes with independence.
You need to stay informed this is what being out of the loop means. Working at home with a Home Based Business Opportunity is about staying informed and knowing what is going on in the industry in which you are working.
A person should be a part of online groups and other communities that will give them information they should know.
Challenge #5
Lack of support
As mentioned before, sometimes family and friends will not be supportive.
It is common for most people to not believe a person is really working and not just messing around.
There are ways to combat this show them what is going on. You can show them what you do.
You can tell them how much money you are making and make it clear that this is a real job.
These challenges are going to be an issue for almost everyone who works at home.
All challenges can be overcome, so they should never lead to a person giving up on working at home.
Challenges will just make a person a better worker and teach them important skills they need to survive in the work at home environment.

I had a college degree but could not get hired no matter what for the life of me. Each employer had the same story saying they weren’t hiring at the moment and needed no additional employees. I got sick and tired of this and I knew something had to be done.
What I just described to you was a real life example of what many individuals are facing on a daily basis.
